At Radikls we are always open to ways in which we can improve our range of expert services. Usually we will identify areas of potential improvement via our internal processes, however, sometimes we are faced with changes outside of our control that offer the perfect opportunity to adapt and enhance a certain aspect of our business. The upcoming retirement of Microsoft Internet Explorer in June of this year is a perfect example of the latter situation.
The end of everybody’s least favourite internet browser is of course sad news – we’re sure that, like us, many of you have fond memories of the early days of the internet when IE was the only browser available! However, its retirement also has the unfortunate impact of causing our current SEO software to no longer function after it has gone.
This means that our fantastic SEO team has the unenviable task of transferring a massive amount of data over to the new software. The bad news is that this will unfortunately result in a short delay in some client SEO reports being generated. We apologise for this inconvenience and we thank you for your patience if this affects you.
The good news, however, is that our new software is a significant upgrade on the old one. It allows us to schedule monthly reports to be emailed to each Ultimate & Gold SEO client automatically. Our Silver & Bronze SEO clients will still receive a report once every six months. All of your old SEO reports will remain accessible via your password-protected directories.
As well as this, your reports will now be much easier to understand and will show the Google Analytics stats overview rather than just rankings, which we know many of our clients will appreciate. This is all in addition to some other additional features that will allow us to provide more effective and efficient SEO services.
In terms of the current SEO performance of your websites during this software change you don’t have anything to worry about. They will still be occupying the high ranking positions on Google, Bing & other search engines that you are used to, and you won’t notice anything different. If you have any questions, please just get in touch!
