Due to an increase in business we require a Developer. The person should have previous experience in the creation of standards-compliant interactive web pages. You should have good knowledge of PHP, database management and development, using MS Access and/or SQL server. XHTML and HTML. Asp and .NET applications would also be advantageous.
You should be a methodical, well organised and able to cope with a variety of different tasks and priorities - multi-tasking is a major criteria. You should be a diligent person who is self motivated, can work on their own without being distracted and an individual who will set their own targets and beat them.
A willingness to self learn and the ambition to succeed with good communication skills giving confidence and integrity when dealing with clients, external suppliers or other team members.

WEB DESIGNER – HOME BASED (Dorset)
Due to increasing workloads we require a Designer. The person should have previous experience of designing websites in CSS and preferably optimising clients’ websites; researching phrases & competition; monitoring and continually improving website SE positioning. You should be a methodical, organised and diligent person who is self motivated and can work on their own.
An added advantage would be for them to also have database development experience working in .asp or php for E-commerce websites.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISER / SPECIALIST – HOME BASED (Dorset)
To assist our current team we need a Search Engine Optimiser. The position can be part or full time. You will be responsible for researching and developing new strategies to ensure clients’ websites are found high in major Search Engines. Knowledge of HTML would be an advantage.
- Good copywriting skills to create SEO friendly text
- Passion to research, join forums and be proactive, up to date and knowledgeable as to what is happening with Search Engines
- Introduce researched key words and key phrases into the website
- Website submission
- Analysis of results
- Reporting to clients
- Ability to improve rankings and results
- Adapting to SEO changes and clients requirements
